Our client is seeking an experienced Radiographer (Breast Imaging) or Sonographer with an interest or background in breast imaging to join a collaborative and highly regarded hospital-based breast clinic.

This is an excellent opportunity for an imaging professional who enjoys working in a patient-centred environment and wants exposure to complex diagnostic imaging, breast procedures and a broad multidisciplinary team.

About the Service:

The Breast Clinic provides a comprehensive, integrated breast health service, including screening, diagnostic imaging, MRI, consultation services and interventional procedures.

You will work alongside experienced Radiologists, Surgeons, Clinical Geneticists, Pathologists, Nurses, Radiographers and Sonographers to provide a seamless and supportive patient experience.

About the Role:

As a Radiographer / Sonographer within the Breast Imaging team, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, accurate and compassionate diagnostic imaging services.

Depending on your experience and skill set, you may be involved in mammography, breast ultrasound,



diagnostic work-up imaging, quality assurance and supporting patients through what can often be an anxious clinical experience.

About You:

- Current AHPRA / ASARregistration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner / Radiographer, or relevant recognised Sonography qualification
- Experience in mammography, breast imaging or breast ultrasound highly regarded
- Queensland Radiation Use Licence, or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong patient-centred approach and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to image quality, clinical excellence and patient safety
