The Role

Take the next step in your marketing career supporting solutions that improve safety and efficiency in hospitals. As Senior Marketing Associate – Acute Care, you’ll support the execution of regional marketing strategy for a portfolio focused on patient handling, pressure injury prevention, and caregiver safety. Working closely with the Associate Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams, you’ll help bring campaigns, launches, and sales tools to life while engaging directly with healthcare professionals across the region.

What You Will Do

- Support execution and reporting of the annual marketing plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Assist the Associate Marketing Manager with strategy delivery and sales support for the Acute Care portfolio
- Develop and implement central and local marketing tactics, campaigns, and initiatives
- Perform sales and marketing analysis and support trade shows, events, and congress activity
- Develop marketing materials including literature,



presentations, and digital education tools
- Gather and share market and customer insights to support continuous improvement
- Support education plans, sales training, and new product launches
- Provide direct sales and marketing support in the field as required

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of skilled work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or marketing roles
- Experience supporting sales teams or commercial programs

Travel Percentage: 30%

Work Flexibility

Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
