Automotive Spray Painter – Mobile Position

We support both an established long standing network of motor dealers together with a direct retail customer base. Our team repair minor cosmetic vehicle damage including scratches, dents, scuffs, and alloy wheel scrapes, with alloy wheel repair work forming a significant portion of weekly jobs.

We are seeking highly experienced and top tier spray painters based in the Logan City area, ideally around Springwood , to join our team.

This role offers a super competitive base salary start point of $100K to $120K, depending on experience with genuine earning potential on top. Our quarterly bonus structure rewards your productivity and efficiency, offering a further 25% total of $25,000 - $30,000 per annum. This for achieving genuine and realistic targets already being regularly met by the team today.

The Role

Your days can be structured around scheduled jobs booked in for you with retail clients, as well as made up of more adaptable days servicing our motor dealer network. You'll operate from a fully equipped, late model van fitted out with premium equipment and materials,



purpose built for efficiency and ease of use.

Your work will include:

- Small to medium dent repair
- Precise application of fillers
- Colour matching by eye
- Blending small repaired areas and corners
- Repairing split bars using glue application and soldering techniques
- Representing the Spraymob brand with professionalism in every customer interaction
