The Clinical Nurse Specialist – Rapid Access Service (RAS) role sits within the Older Persons Mental Health Service in Tasmania, delivering advanced nursing assessment, intervention, and consultation for older people with complex mental health needs.

Working in a multidisciplinary team, the CNS supports timely assessment, triage, and care coordination to help older Tasmanians stay in their usual residence and reduce hospital presentations.
