Le Mans Toyota, part of Peter Kittle Motor Company is currently looking for an enthusiastic Current Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales Team.
The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, high performer with experience in vehicle sales, managing and leading our sales team to:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the sales departments/staff;
- Developing and executing sales strategies;
- The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department;
- High-quality customer service;
- Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff; and
- Representing the Company within the community
