What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
- Administer medications and oversee clinical interventions
- Develop and evaluate person-centred care plans
- Support and mentor care staff to promote best practice
- Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
About You
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
