Sales Representative – Glazing & Construction Robotics

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to introduce cutting-edge glazing robots and automated glass-installation equipment to glazing and window contractors, facade installers, and construction firms. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting and technical demonstrations to closing deals and providing post-sale support. Your territory will cover all of Australia so travel interstate will be required. On occasions you will be invited to attend trade shows in USA and Europe to broaden your knowledge and to assist with trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B Sales: Prospect, qualify, and secure new clients within the construction, glazing, stone and facade engineering sectors.

Conduct Demonstrations: Organise and lead on-site equipment demonstrations to showcase the safety, efficiency, and ROI of our glazing robots.

Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with project managers, site supervisors,



and company directors.

Market Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and OH&S; compliance standards regarding heavy glass handling.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within construction equipment, machinery, tools, or the glazing industry.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn the mechanical and operational features of our robotic equipment.

Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

License: Valid Australian driver’s license (travel to client sites and trade shows is required).

Travel: Availability to travel interstate to all capital cities for up to 1 week at a time
