FIFO/DIDO Registered Nurses & Paramedics
It’s time to take your nursing or paramedic career off the beaten track.
We’re on the hunt for experienced Registered Nurses and Paramedics to join our remote FIFO/DIDO site-based medical teams across Australia. Whether you’re after a permanent roster with genuine work-life balance, or the flexibility of casual work, we’d love to hear from you.
We currently have a range of positions open across some of our major projects - and we’re always keen to hear from valuable clinicians, even if the exact fit isn’t listed below.
About Us
Medical Rescue Group is an award-winning, privately-owned company specialising in health services for the government, defence, and private sectors. With a dedicated workforce of over 400 staff, we deliver bespoke deployable health solutions, remote medical clinics, and international air ambulance repatriations, treating thousands of patients every year.
Our onsite teams deliver emergency medical response, primary healthcare, and occupational health services, while also playing a key role in the broader health team, supporting health assessments, education programs, and mental health initiatives.
In this role, you’ll ensure patients get the right level of care, have a positive experience with our service, and feel confident seeking ongoing health advice. You’ll work as part of a genuine "one team" approach, collaborating closely with Occupational Health, Health & Safety (HSE), Emergency Response Teams (ERT), and Occupational Hygienists - with remote support from Medical Rescue operations staff and doctors.
