Reporting to the Funding Team Leader, the Funding Officer will manage and execute daily funding operations across client and company accounts at GO Markets. You will play a key role in processing deposits and withdrawals, reconciling accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with internal teams and external partners such as banks and payment providers.

This onsite role operates across two shift times and the successful candidate must be flexible to work either from 10am – 6:30pm (including lunch break) or 11:30am – 8pm (including lunch break) on a as‑needed basis. Flexibility to work across both shifts is essential, as rostering is determined by business and team coverage needs.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract role.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Funding Operations: Process and verify client deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers. Monitor and reconcile client accounts across multiple currencies and payment channels (bank wires, credit cards, e-wallets, crypto wallets). Ensure all transactions comply with internal policy, AML and regulatory requirements, and investigate funding discrepancies as they arise.

Treasury & Cash Management: Maintain daily funding and liquidity reports, forecast short‑term cash flow needs, and support inter‑company transfers and fund allocations between entities or regions.

Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensure client balances are accurate across trading platforms, and prepare funding summaries and reports for management, audits and regulators.

Relationship Management: Liaise with banking institutions and payment service providers, support onboarding of current payment providers, and assist customer service with client funding inquiries.

Compliance & Risk Management:



Ensure funding operations meet AML, KYC and regulatory standards, report suspicious transactions to the Compliance Department and support internal and external audits.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Experience: Demonstrated relevant experience in financial operations, treasury or payments processing within the FX, CFD, or broader financial services industry, with a sound understanding of trading platforms, banking operations and regulatory requirements.

Funding Operations & Reconciliation Expertise: Proven ability to manage daily funding activities including client deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full reconciliation across multiple currencies and payment channels (bank, PSP, e‑wallet and crypto).

Treasury & Cash Management: Experience in monitoring and maintaining liquidity levels across multiple global accounts, forecasting cash flow requirements and preparing daily or periodic funding and liquidity reports for management.

Language: Fluent in Mandarin to support a diverse client base and day‑to‑day operational requirements.

Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.

Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work across both rostered shift times (10am–6:30pm and 11:30am–8pm) as required.

Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of AML, KYC and related financial compliance frameworks and regulations,



with the ability to identify, investigate and elevate suspicious activities and ensure adherence to company and regulatory policies.

Systems & Software: Familiarity with trading platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with payment service providers is an advantage.

Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and organised, comfortable managing reconciliations and time‑sensitive transactions.

Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams, banks and payment partners.
