We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee residential projects and insurance claims across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee residential projects and insurance claims across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you’ll manage multiple projects, ensuring a high level of service and quality is achieved. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver high-quality repairs on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Interpreting scopes of work, specialist reports, and building plans
- Managing budgets and forecasting project costs
- Coordinating multiple repair jobs simultaneously
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with ethical, safety, and quality standards




- Using computer-based systems for documentation and reporting

About You:

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, well-organised, and committed to delivering top-tier service.

You will have:

- Strong construction knowledge (trade background highly regarded)

- Strong construction knowledge (trade background highly regarded)
- Proven experience supervising repair or construction projects
- A QBCC Supervisor Licence, or be eligible to hold one
- A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Flexibility to assist with emergency event responses (occasional travel)
- A skilled manner, robust work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
