With 24 hour access, 7 days a week, our national network of health clubs spans across Australia at 42 locations (and growing!) Featuring every aspect of exercise from weights to cardio, personal training, group fitness and Reformer Pilates. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Club General Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Achieving sales targets
- Manage and motivate a sales team
- Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets




- Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
- Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
- Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members

You must:

- Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
- Have extensive club management experience (essential)
- Have experience managing staff and budgets
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
