This is an exciting opportunity to join our Macquarie Capital division. As part of the first line of defence, our team ensures that Operational Risk is managed effectively in line with our Operational Risk Management Framework and associated policies.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will prepare Operational Risk reporting for Senior Management forums, covering both business-aligned and legal entity perspectives. You will serve as a global quality assurance contact for incident reviews, issue management processes, control assurance, and our Risk System. You will help to coordinate the Global Risk & Control Self-Assessment for the business and provide input to the Global Macquarie Capital reporting process. You will also be tasked with the execution of Control Assurance including scoping, testing and reporting.
What You Offer
- 2+ years’ experience in an operational risk or related risk role.
- Demonstrated ability in controls assurance.
- Demonstrated ability in managing risk and frameworks.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and solid communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
