Our organisation is a leader inhospital healthcare products and we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager – Woundcare to join our teams based in Victoria, covering the Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania region.

You will beresponsible for developing the wound care business by driving product adoption, mobilising clinical advocates, influencing key decision-makers, supporting contract success and creating sustainable growth opportunities across existing and new customer accounts

You will be responsible for the following objectives:

- Develop existing and newly launched wound care products across the territory.
- Lead product evaluations, conversions and clinical adoption programs.
- Mobilise KOLs, clinical champions and advocates to influence adoption and contract success.
- Work with decision-makers, procurement teams and clinical stakeholders to build business cases and drive change.
- Support Procedure Pack and Custom Kit teams through pack, kit and component conversion opportunities.
- Create stakeholder engagement plans that build consensus and accelerate decision making.
- Develop day surgery, hospital and healthcare growth opportunities.
- Support tenders, contracts, case studies and evidence generation.




- Gather clinical and commercial feedback to support portfolio development.

Skills and Experience:

- Proven sales success in a medical and/or hospital environment, ideally with exposure to wound care products.
- Sound knowledge of operating room procedures and hospital procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated territory management experience - planning, prioritising, and working autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and close new business opportunities.
- Skilled in working within structured, KPI-driven environments with a focus on planning and strategic execution.
- Excellent Customer engagement and relationship building skills
- Customer-centric mindset and a solid desire to resolve issues; deliver a high level of customer focused service.
- Agile and adaptable nature, able to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
