Our Cellarbrations St Kilda & Cellarbrations Richmond, are looking for friendly and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. You will be passionate about building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers discover something new, whether it's a boutique wine, a local craft beer, or a premium spirit. The position requires some flexibility around working hours, and the ability to work on weekends when required.
In this Role
- Greeting customers warmly, answering product-related questions, and offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences
- Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently, handling cash and card payments,
and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and replenishing shelves
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Ensuring all sales are conducted in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.
