Clinical Practice Advisor - Quality & Supervision | Occupational Therapist

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Alexandria or North Parramatta.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to step into a Clinical Practice Advisor role, driving clinical excellence and supporting therapists across our growing teams. You will maintain a small caseload focused on your key area of interest in Quality & Supervision , provide guidance and support to Occupational Therapists across National 360, and contribute to the development of national clinical resources.
As a Clinical Practice Advisor, a typical day may involve:
- Support our clinicians to navigate complex NDIS processes by developing high-quality clinical evidence for access requests, funding applications, reassessments and change of circumstances.
- Providing1:1 and group clinical supervision toOccupational Therapists of all levelslocally.
- Delivering educational sessions toOccupational Therapists of all levelsnationally.
- Co-workingcomplex cases with early career therapists.
- Reviewing and developingpolicies, procedures,formsand templates.
- Reviewingreports and providing meaningful feedback toimprovequality outcomes.
- Providing OTservices to a small caseload of clientsin either a generalist ortailoredcapacity.
- Collaboratingclosely with the National Clinical Lead andLocalLeadership Team to help drive service excellence, foster team development, and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our services.
- Participating in clinical auditing and support complaint resolution whererequired.
- Connect with your local Sydney team through regular office day/s at either our North Parramatta or Alexandria office.
- Attendingteam meetings and eventsthat build connection and support a positive, inclusive culture.

ABOUT YOU
- Relevanttertiary qualificationsinOccupationalTherapy.
- APHRA registration.
- 5+ years' experienceasanOccupational Therapist.
- Proven ability to deliverhigh-qualityOccupationalTherapyoutcomestoNDIS clientswithin a community setting.
- Experience supervising and mentoringOccupational Therapists.
- Strong knowledge of the disability, health, and aged care sectors.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Access your own vehicle and a current driver'slicence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working WithChildren Check.
