S P Jain School of Global Management is a leading international business school with a diverse student community and a global learning environment across Sydney, Singapore, Dubai and Mumbai.

We are looking for a Student Experience Manager to join our Sydney campus and play a key role in creating a positive, engaging and supportive experience for our students throughout their academic journey.

This is a full-time, permanent chance with 1 day of work-from-home flexibility per week , providing the opportunity to enjoy a balance of meaningful campus engagement and flexible working.

As the Student Experience Manager, you will be a key point of contact for students across our programs. You will work closely with Deans, Assistant Deans, Heads of Centre, Quality Assurance and Student Services teams to identify student needs, address concerns and strengthen the overall student experience.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to:

- Build strong relationships with students from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.
- Act as a key contact for student enquiries, concerns and feedback, ensuring matters are followed up and resolved appropriately.
- Support international students with their transition, engagement and overall student journey.
- Attend Town Halls, student committees, focus groups and other student forums, capturing key issues and coordinating appropriate follow-up.
- Monitor and analyse student feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.




- Support student engagement initiatives, orientations, re-orientations, excursions and other campus activities, including selected weekend activities.
- Work with academic and professional teams to identify students who may require additional support or intervention.
- Assist with the Student at Risk (SAR) process, including monitoring and follow-up of identified students.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, engagement and other indicators that may impact student success.
- Attend selected classes to understand student participation, engagement and classroom experience.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to management on student experience and quality-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the cross-campus Student Experience team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused professional who enjoys working with students, building relationships, solving problems and collaborating with academic and professional teams.

You will ideally have:

- A postgraduate qualification in Education, Psychology, Business, Student Services or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years' experience in student services, student affairs, student engagement, student experience,



higher education or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback and prepare reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution and decision-making skills.
- The maturity, empathy and discretion required to manage sensitive student matters confidentially.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
