Astnd Property is looking for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to join our growing agency on Brisbane's southside. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential — your income reflects your results, not the clock. You'll run your own listings from appraisal through to settlement, backed by an established local brand, a supportive office team, and a rental portfolio that generates genuine seller leads.
This role suits a proven salesperson who knows the southside market, is confident prospecting for their own business, and wants the freedom and rewards that come with a commission-based structure.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and generating your own listing opportunities across Calamvale and surrounding southside suburbs
- Conducting market appraisals and winning listings
- Managing sales campaigns end to end — marketing, open homes, private inspections and buyer follow-up
- Negotiating offers and guiding sellers and buyers through to unconditional and settlement
- Building and maintaining a database of buyers, sellers and past clients
- Working alongside our property management team to convert investor and landlord leads into sales opportunities
What we're looking for
- Proven residential sales experience is essential — you must be able to demonstrate a track record of listing and selling property
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Salesperson Licence
- Confident negotiation and communication skills with sellers and buyers alike
- Self-motivated and disciplined — you can manage your own pipeline without being micromanaged
- A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- A qualified, honest approach — we win business on trust, not pressure
