Joe Adsett Group is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead to join our Brisbane-based team.

This is fundamentally a senior, hands-on graphic design role for someone with a sophisticated eye, strong commercial judgment and the ability to independently produce high-quality creative work across property, architecture, construction and private capital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering the visual presentation of our projects and businesses across print, digital, social media, presentations, websites and physical environments.

We are looking for an accomplished graphic designer who can take a brief from concept through to final execution, while also helping guide the broader creative direction of our brands and projects.

Ideally the candidate will be available to work 2 to 3 days per week.

The Role

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, architecture, development, construction and capital teams to produce sophisticated, commercially effective and visually consistent creative work. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Designing premium project marketing collateral, including brochures, sales books, floorplan material, proposals, newsletters, construction updates and direct mail
- Creating high-quality corporate and project presentations, including sales, investor, funding and stakeholder materials
- Developing branded digital assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs, digital advertising and project campaigns
- Designing social media carousels, launch graphics, construction updates, project storytelling and other brand-led content
- Maintaining and applying brand guidelines consistently across Joe Adsett Group and its individual projects and businesses
- Helping guide the visual direction of project campaigns,



corporate communications and new business initiatives
- Designing signage, construction hoarding, window decals, display-gallery material, elevator notices and other physical brand applications
- Assisting with website design, landing-page layouts, content updates and ongoing visual improvements
- Working confidently across platforms such as Squarespace, Webflow, Framer or similar
- Preparing final artwork and managing print production requirements
- Liaising with printers, signage contractors, photographers, videographers, web developers and other creative suppliers
- Supporting photography, video and content shoots, including shot planning, art direction and asset selection
- Creating and maintaining templates, brand libraries, image assets and organised project files
- Assisting the wider business with design requirements across architecture, development, construction, sales and private capital
- Reviewing creative work to ensure it meets the required visual and brand standard

About You

You are an experienced designer with excellent taste, robust attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for architecture, property and premium brands.

You are confident working independently, can manage competing priorities and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to completion.

You are equally capable of designing a detailed property brochure, refining a corporate presentation, developing a suite of social assets or creating a polished website page.

You will ideally have:

- A minimum of five years’ professional graphic design experience
- A degree or formal qualification in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline
- A sophisticated portfolio demonstrating professionally produced print and digital work
- Experience within property, architecture, interiors, luxury, hospitality or another design-led industry
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong presentation design capability across Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience designing brochures, editorial layouts, brand systems, presentations and campaign collateral




- Experience creating branded assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs and digital advertising
- Strong website and digital design capabilityExperience updating or designing within Squarespace, Webflow, Framer or similar platforms
- A sound understanding of user experience, responsive layouts and digital presentation
- Knowledge of print production, finished artwork and supplier coordination
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to provide creative recommendations and challenge work that does not meet the required standard
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, photography, email marketing platforms or digital advertising will be highly regarded.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a junior content creation, social media management or marketing coordination position.

While the role includes the design of social and digital content, applicants must demonstrate substantial professional graphic design experience across brand, print, digital and presentation work.

The successful candidate will remain highly hands-on and personally produce design work across the group.

Remuneration

The full-time salary range is expected to be approximately:

$105,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation

The role may be structured as either:

Full-time; or

Part-time, Part-time arrangements will be offered on a pro-rated basis, depending on experience, portfolio and agreed working days. Ideally the candidate will be available to work 2 to 3 days per week.
