The District Nurses (TDN) is a long-standing Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation delivering in-home care to help people live independently. We are seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to serve George Town, Launceston and nearby communities, with in-home visits and local training at the Launceston office.
You will assist with personal care, companionship, errands, and household tasks, while upholding dignity, choice and independence for clients.
