This is a hands-on production role supporting a chemical manufacturing line, focused on filling and labelling packaged product to a high standard. It will suit someone who enjoys fast-paced line work, follows process closely, and takes safety seriously.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate on a production line focused on chemical bottle filling and/or labelling , ensuring consistent output and presentation
- Follow manufacturing procedures, batch requirements, and safety controls to deliver product that meets site standards
- Complete routine checks, monitor the line for issues, and elevate faults or quality concerns early
- Maintain a clean,



organised workstation and support secure handling practices around chemicals and packaged goods
- Contribute to smooth changeovers and keep the line moving through reliable, hands-on production support

Requirements

- Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar regulated production environment
- Ability to lift up to 25kg comfortably as part of the role
- Confidence working on a production line with repetitive tasks and a focus on accuracy
- Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow SOPs and site requirements
- Reliable attendance and ability to work early starts (4:00am) , Monday to Thursday
- Forklift ticket is beneficial but not essential

Reality check

This is an on-the-tools role on a production line with early starts and manual handling (up to 25kg). If you prefer desk-based work or cannot manage repetitive line duties, it may not be the right fit.
