Forklift Counterbalance Operator (Experienced)

Location: Truganina, VIC Shift Length: 12-hour shifts Shift Pattern:

- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday – Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Operator to join our team at our Truganina site. The role focuses solely on operating a counterbalance forklift within a production and warehouse workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Supplying the production line with empty pallets
- Transporting pallets between warehouse locations
- Placing pallets into designated storage locations
- Adhering to all site safety and traffic management procedures

Requirements

- Valid LF forklift licence
- Demonstrated experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
