The Routine Inspection Officer role is based in Bundall with regular travel across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. You will manage a daily inspection schedule for residential properties, conduct inspections, capture high-quality photos and prepare detailed reports.
You must be registered in QLD real estate, hold a current driver’s licence, and be highly organized with solid communication skills. This full-time position offers supportive team guidance and a dedicated company vehicle for inspections.
