Due to the continued growth of our client's Funds Management team, they are looking for a lawyer to join their Sydney office.

The team are regularly acknowledged as leaders in their field by independent legal directories.

Position Description

This is a superb opportunity for a driven and talented lawyer who wants to be part of an excellent team within a market-leading practice. You'll work closely with a wide range of clients including venture capital and private equity fund managers.

You will work on a diverse range of matters,



including issues involving funds management, mergers and acquisitions and FIRB.

Requirements

You will be a lawyer with 2 to 4 years' PAE.

In addition, you will have:

- An ability to take ownership of a matter, whilst also working in a team environment .
- An interest in working on complex and challenging matters .
