What you'll be doing

Scheduling installation crews across the day and the week ahead

Confirming scope, access and material requirements before install day

Communicating with customers about bookings, arrival windows and updates

Following up on quotes and pending jobs alongside the sales team

Confirming deposits and payments before crews are dispatched

Managing progress through the day and handling changes as they come up

You'll be backed and supported by our installation manager and the sales team — this seat isn't a solo mission, it's part of a department set up to run well.
