Supported Accomodation Services provides trauma-informed, therapeutic care to children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. Our work is grounded in safety, dignity and consistency, and we place strong emphasis on supporting our staff to deliver high-quality care in a structured and well-supervised environment.
We are currently seeking female Therapeutic Youth Workers to support female children and young people in a secure Out-of-Home Care setting.

About you
You are calm, emotionally steady and able to hold boundaries with warmth and consistency. You communicate clearly, work well within a team and are open to feedback. You understand the importance of safety, predictability and therapeutic relationships in a secure OOHC setting.
- Minimum 6 months paid experience working in Out-of-Home Care
Qualifications (essential)
- Minimum Diploma of Community Services (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of therapeutic, strengths-based and person-centred care
- ARC therapeutic model training (or willingness to complete)
Mandatory requirements (or willingness to obtain)
- NSW Working With Children Check
- National Police Check (less than 12 months)
- First Aid and CPR
- Australian working rights
