As Waterproofing Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing our waterproofing projects from start to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced waterproofer who is ready to take the next step in their career, lead a team, oversee projects and maintain the high standard of workmanship our clients expect.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and coordinating waterproofing teams on site
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
- Managing daily site activities and allocating tasks
- Monitoring project progress and deadlines
- Conducting quality control and inspections
- Liaising with builders, site managers, clients and subcontractors
- Ensuring waterproofing systems are installed correctly and to relevant standards
- Identifying and resolving site issues




- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
- Ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are followed

About you

- Cert III qualified in Construction Waterproofing
- Minimum 3 years' waterproofing experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and application
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicating with builders, clients and trades
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Reliable, professional and proactive
- Current driver's licence
