About the Role





Our Family Law Paralegals are the engine room of the team. We embrace efficiency and take as much of the load off the client as possible - and you are the one who makes that happen.

You will drive the file day-to-day, working alongside our Family Lawyers and Legal Assistants - preparing court documents and correspondence, managing disclosure and deadlines, and e-filing. Just as importantly, you keep clients informed and reassured so they never have to chase - a steady point of contact through one of Life's Hardest Moments. Our Family Lawyers rely on you to keep them free to focus on advice and strategy.

You will have access to the leading technology in the industry, developed in-house, as well as a pool of Legal Assistants.

You don't need Family Law experience. If you have solid legal experience in any practice area, our team and our tools will get you up to speed fast.

Requirements

- Legal Experience: You have worked as a paralegal or legal assistant in any practice area - Family Law experience is a bonus, not a must.

- Strong Drafting & Document Skills: Accurate, well-presented correspondence and court documents, every time.

- Client Care Instincts: Warmth, empathy, patience and discretion with people going through one of life's toughest chapters.

- Organisation Superpowers: You juggle competing deadlines, court dates and disclosure without dropping a ball.

- Tech Confidence: Quick to master new systems - ours are the best in the industry, and you'll help make them better.

- Commitment to excellence with strong attention to detail and consistency.

- Sharp problem-solving skills and a sense of achievement in finding solutions.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
