About the Role

Family Law clients come to us during one of Life's Hardest Moments. Our approach is simple: we embrace efficiency and take as much of the load off the client as possible, so they can focus on what comes next.

In this role, you guide your clients with clear advice, smart strategy and steady support. You will run your own matters across parenting, property, divorce and (if you choose) domestic violence work, supported by dedicated Family Law Paralegals and Legal Assistants who drives the file day-to-day so you don't get bogged down. Our systems handle the busywork, keeping you free to have meaningful conversations with your clients, and focus on the strategy to get them a great outcome.

We are open on experience level.



Whether you are an emerging lawyer ready to step up or a seasoned practitioner ready to help lead a fast-growing team, we have multiple positions available.

Requirements

- A current Queensland Practising Certificate

- Family Law Experience: Parenting and property matters, divorce, consent orders and court processes - from emerging lawyer to seasoned practitioner.

- Client Care Instincts: Empathy and calm for people navigating one of life's toughest chapters, while keeping them moving toward the best outcome.

- Great Collaboration Ability: Working with barristers, mediators, your team, and the other party's representatives to protect our clients and help they achieve their objective.

- Efficiency focus in a rapid-paced environment.

- Commitment to excellence with strong attention to detail and consistency.

- Sharp problem-solving skills and a sense of achievement in finding solutions.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

- A positive, can-do attitude and alignment with our mission.
