Social Media Marketing Manager

Role: Full-Time Permanent

Location: Navarra Head Office, Rozelle, NSW

Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

We're looking for a creative, strategic and hands‑on Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the social media presence across all Navarra brands.

As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute Navarra's social media strategy across multiple brands, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence that drives brand awareness, customer engagement and enquiries.

You'll work closely with our venue teams, sales and events, marketing agency, SEO agencies and network of photographers, videographers and content creators to showcase the incredible experiences happening across our venues every day.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for strategy, content creation, paid social campaigns, analytics, influencer partnerships and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Navarra's social media strategy across multiple brands.

- Create and manage annual, monthly and weekly content calendars.

- Deliver campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and audience growth.

- Create, capture and publish engaging photo and video content across all social media platforms.





- Attend venues and events to produce high-quality photography and short‑form video content.

- Coordinate photo and video shoots - manage a team of casual content creators, photographers and videographers.

- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms.

- Work alongside the SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to target the right audiences.

- Monitor campaign performance including engagement, reach, impressions, conversions and ROI.

- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Source and manage influencer partnerships.

- Build relationships with brand ambassadors and industry partners.

- Manage Navarra's online communities across all platforms.

- Develop initiatives to improve Google Business Profile reviews and online reputation.

- Manage the paid social advertising budget.

- Oversee the social media content creation budget.

About You

- Minimum 5 years' experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

- Experience within hospitality, events industry preferred.

- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms for a consumer-facing brand.

- Strong photography, videography and short‑form video creation skills.

- Experience managing paid Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.

- Excellent copywriting, storytelling and creative content development skills.

- Solid organisational and project management abilities.

- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.

- Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media scheduling platforms.
