As a staff member in our Junior School, youwill play an active role in supporting the development of our youngmen. Each boy is supported by his classmates, classroom teachers,Year Level Coordinator, specialist teachers and the schoolcounsellor, who work together to ensure each boy finds his place inour school. The role

We are currently seekingcasual relief teachers to assist with the delivery of ourcurriculum in the Junior School. Working as a CRT will provide youwith the flexibility to work when it suits you whilst also gainingexposure to the expectations and operations of the IndependentSchool sector.Whilewe welcome applications from all suitably qualified CRTs,preference will be given to candidates who are available to worktwo or more days per week.

Asa CRT you will need to be able to demonstrate:





- Experience working as a classroom teacher within aPrimary/Junior School setting.
- Confidence to manage the delivery of curriculum andmanagement of students with limited notice or preparation.
- A detailed understanding of principles and practices ofstudent learning strategies.
- The ability to demonstrate effective classroom managementskills and communicate effectively.
- Proven experience in establishing and fosteringrelationships with students, staff and parents.
