About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer Lead to provide day-to-day leadership of the engineering function within the the Equipment Service.

This role is critical in ensuring community equipment is maintained, repaired and available to meet service demands while supporting compliance and high quality service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the engineering team
- Oversee equipment, maintenance, servicing, repair and refurbishment.
- Ensure compliance with LOLER, Health & Safety and infection control requirements
- Manage Workloads and priorities to meet operational demands
- Support audits, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain accurate records and performance standards
