Mental Health Support Workers - Bonnyrigg

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionateMental Health Support Workersto join our team inBonnyrigg(SIL house setting).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support for individuals with mental health conditions such asSchizophrenia ,Bipolar Disorder ,Self-Harm , and complex behaviors.
- SupportCorrective Services participants with their rehabilitation and mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with clients to promote their independence and well-being.
- Assist with day-to-day activities and ensure clients receive the appropriate care and support.

Essential Experience:





- Minimum of2 years experience in mental health support, particularly withSchizophrenia ,Bipolar ,Self-Harm , and complex behaviors.
- Experience supportingCorrective Services participants is highly desirable.

Required Credentials:

- Mental Health First Aid (highly desirable)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- NDIS Modules
- Infection Control Certificate
- Police Check
- Valid Australian Drivers License
- Own reliable transport
