We are seeking an experienced Operations Finance Business Partner to join our manufacturing finance team. You will be based at our Forestville site in Adelaide , supporting the sites acrossSouth Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory .

This role plays a critical part in supporting site leadership and operations by providing strong financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to drive performance and profitability.

This is a true business partnering role, suited to someone who enjoys being close to operations, influencing outcomes and adding value beyond traditional reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with site operations leadership to support performance, cost control and continuous improvement.
- Provide deep financial analysis across manufacturing operations, including costing standards, waste, labour, overheads and maintenance spend.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling for the site.
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting, variance analysis and insightful commentary.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Lead cost reviews, the annual costing roll up, product costings and identification of financial risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support operational decision-making through robust financial modelling and analysis.

Experience & Qualifications

- Proven experience working in manufacturing or operational environments.
- Background in management accounting, operations finance or commercial finance.
- Demonstrated capability across budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and cost management.
- Experience identifying and delivering financial improvement opportunities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (CPA/CA desirable).
