The Responsibility

Working at Assistant Sydney will see you enjoy a diverse,



fast-paced and highly collaborative role. As a key member of the team, you'll support our Directors and Managers across recruitment, research, candidate engagement and business development initiatives.

Being part of a high growth business, you'll adopt a "no task too small" approach while developing your own skills and expertise.

Broadly speaking, you can expect to:

- Research leading organisations and conduct market mapping exercises
- Source, screen and interview candidates across Executive Assistant and Business Support disciplines
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, AI sourcing tools and Microsoft 365 to identify and engage exceptional talent
- Draft compelling job advertisements and candidate marketing profiles
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks and candidate communications
- Assist with networking events, client engagement initiatives and employer branding activities
- Contribute to business development research and marketing campaigns
- Provide administrative and project support across the business as required

The Expertise

Assistant Sydney is seeking recent graduates who have completed their final year of study across Commerce, Business Management, Law, Arts, Human Resources or Marketing.

Most likely, you have a strong academic background from one of the leading universities in Sydney such as USYD, UNSW, UTS, Macquarie University or Western Sydney University.

You will have part-time/casual work experience in retail, hospitality or sports and have engaged in a range of extra-curricular activities such as volunteering. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and want to grow your career – this is important as it reflects the background of the current team at Assistant Sydney.
