Strata Plus is seeking a proactive, detail-focused Compliance Officer to manage end-to-end compliance for a portfolio of buildings across NSW. You will work closely with strata managers and stakeholders to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and documentation stays current.
Ideal candidates will have NSW compliance knowledge, a Class 2 strata licence (or willingness to obtain one), robust communication skills, and a commitment to quality. Hybrid/flexible options apply after probation.
