You will embed trauma-informed leadership and recovery-oriented practice to support, motivate and develop your teams to deliver exceptional services in line with the service delivery model and Deed requirements.
You will provide case and operational supervision, upskill staff on client-related matters, and drive continuous improvement across your area.
