Hours: Monday–Friday | Day shifts only | No nights

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our fast-paced commercial production kitchen in Footscray.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys structured daytime hours and working in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food preparation and production to consistent quality standards
- Working efficiently in a high-volume, quick-paced kitchen
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
- Meeting production schedules and maintaining par levels
- Contributing positively to a team environment

About You:

- Experience in production or high-volume kitchens preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg as required
