About your new role:

As our Leadership and Capability Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the people, leadership and organisational development initiatives that help our people thrive.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you'll contribute to a broad range of leadership, capability, performance, culture and organisational effectiveness programs that strengthen how we work, lead and grow.





This is a diverse role where you'll blend strategic thinking with practical delivery. You'll partner with leaders across the business to build leadership capability, deliver engaging learning experiences, use people insights to drive improvement, and lead organisational development initiatives from concept through to delivery that support a high-performing, inclusive and values-led culture.

You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, helping to evolve our leadership capability, performance and talent practices, culture initiatives, recognition programs and inclusion activities, while ensuring everything we do supports better outcomes for our people and our members.

In this role you'll:

Design and facilitate engaging leadership development programs, workshops and capability-building initiatives.

- Lead organisational development and capability initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance and organisational outcomes.
- Lead projects from planning through to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Use team member feedback, people data and business insights to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
- Support and enhance performance, talent and career development practices that build accountability and growth.
- Contribute to culture, recognition, diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives that reinforce Brighter Super's values.
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation while successfully managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

About You:

You’re an experienced leadership, capability or organisational development professional who enjoys making a positive impact in a fast-paced environment. You bring robust facilitation skills,



commercial judgement and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

You’re comfortable leading workshops, interpreting people insights, developing capability and leadership solutions and delivering people initiatives. Collaborative, curious and outcome-focused, you take ownership, think ahead and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work.

- Demonstrated experience in leadership development, organisational development, learning or capability roles.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering leadership programs in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
- Experience leading projects and initiatives from planning through to implementation and evaluation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within financial services or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
