Ferrero plant is seeking a Plant Operating Planning Manager to lead production planning, scheduling and material management across manufacturing operations. You will translate demand into optimized production plans and schedules while balancing capacity, inventory, and cost goals.
You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain and central planning to align plans with demand, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with co-manufacturing partners when needed.
