- Manage customer service requests, including diagnosing machine faults, repairing equipment, and conducting final inspections and testing
- Perform onsite installation of equipment, network configuration, and end-user training
- Provide remote support to the IT Tech team and Managed Services customers
- Support Sales teams with both pre- and post-sales technical assistance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting company targets for call productivity, response times, and parts management
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of parts and support equipment required to perform the role effectively
- Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and demonstrate ongoing commitment to Winc’s HSE policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- Certificate or qualification in Technology or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a copier/service technician
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of computer and print management software, including PaperCut, UniFlow, and Microsoft 365
- Strong customer service focus
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
