Job Description
About the Role:
As our Warehouse Storeperson, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Queensland operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe handling, storage, and movement of stock, ensuring orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered on time. Working closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams, you’ll help provide a smooth, reliable service to our customers while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Safely load and unload freight, trucks, and containers at the Tingalpa facility.
- Operate forklifts, high‑reach equipment, and scissor lifts in line with safety procedures.
- Manage inventory control, stock movements, and serial number accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and consign stock to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Liaise with sales, customer service, and freight partners to support on‑time delivery.
- Carry out regular safety checks, audits, and cycle counts.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and WH&S; standards.
- Provide customer support relating to stock allocation, transfers, returns, and damaged goods.
Desired Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Forklift licence with high‑reach experience.
- Robust experience in warehousing, logistics, or stock control.
- Safety‑first mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
