Full-Time Commercial Cleaner & Property Maintenance Specialist

Position: Full-Time
Salary/Rate: As per Cleaning Services Award (Negotiable after trial period based on evidence of performance).

Role & Responsibilities

- Perform high-standard commercial cleaning across office spaces, common areas,



and facilities.
- Conduct general yard maintenance to keep external grounds pristine.
- Operate equipment safely for outdoor care, including mowing and whipper snipping .
- Utilize pressure cleaners to wash down pathways, driveways, and building exteriors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Proven skilled cleaning and grounds maintenance experience is essential.
- Equipment Skills: Practical experience operating lawnmowers, whipper snippers, and pressure cleaners safely.
- Checks: Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Licence: Valid manual driver's licence is required.
- Attributes: High honesty, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.
- Autonomy: Ability to work efficiently in a team or completely unsupervised.
- Alignment: Morals and values that align with our company expectations.
