We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Routine Inspection Officer to join our property management team.

This is a full-time position based in our modern Bundall office, with regular travel across the Gold Coast and Brisbane to conduct routine inspections.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management, as well as an experienced inspections professional looking for a well-supported role.

You will have exclusive use of a company work vehicle for carrying out your routine inspections and other work-related travel.

You won't need to use your own vehicle for the role, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road while still having the support of our Property Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Conducting routine inspections across our residential property portfolio

Completing inspections efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high standard of detail

Preparing clear, accurate and comprehensive inspection reports

Taking quality photographs and documenting the condition of properties

Identifying maintenance issues, damage or areas requiring attention and communicating these to the property management team

Following required legislative and agency procedures for property inspections

Supporting Property Managers with inspection-related tasks and compliance

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all reports are completed within required timeframes

Providing professional and respectful communication with tenants & owners

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:





Currently registered in QLD real estate

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident working independently and managing a daily inspection schedule

Professional, reliable and well-presented

A strong communicator with a friendly and approachable manner

Comfortable using technology, inspection software and taking property photographs

Able to identify maintenance and presentation issues

Holding a current driver's licence

Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day travelling between properties

Experienced in property management or routine inspections (highly regarded, but not essential)

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and genuine interest in building a career in real estate.
