Hughes Corporation is seeking an organised and motivated Logistics Supervisor Scheduler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport workplace and enjoys coordinating people, vehicles, and freight.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate daily truck movements and deliveries

Allocate drivers and vehicles efficiently

Liaise with customers, drivers, and supervisors to ensure timely service

Monitor job progress and respond to scheduling changes

Maintain compliance with fatigue management requirements, road transport legislation, and all company policies and procedures to promote safe and lawful operations

Maintain accurate transport records and documentation

Work closely with the operations team to maximise fleet utilisation

About you





Previous experience in transport scheduling or logistics (preferred)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment

Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of the transport industry and heavy vehicles is an advantage

A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
