As the Restaurant and Bars Supervisor , you’ll be at the heart of our hotel’s agile food and beverage scene. From overseeing daily operations to inspiring the team to deliver world-class service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels seen, heard, and delighted.

What You’ll Do:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of our restaurants and bars, supporting a team of passionate attendants
- Ensure high service standards that reflect Kimpton’s personality and IHG’s True Hospitality values
- Drive upselling and suggestive selling strategies to maximise revenue opportunities
- Monitor and control stock,



cash handling, and cost efficiencies in line with hotel procedures
- Lead by example in guest engagement, ensuring warm welcomes, personal recognition, and prompt issue resolution
- Support the Food & Beverage Duty Manager in rostering, ordering, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Champion a safe and inclusive workplace through WH&S; practices and RSA compliance

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel food and beverage setting
- A hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- A natural motivator who leads a team with energy and enthusiasm
- Sound knowledge of stock control, service sequences, and cash procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential
- Availability to work a flexible rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
