The Restaurant offer complete range of Europeon and contemporary Australian fine dining style food andBeverages to the guests. The location of the Restaurant make it perfect for all occasions. Currently we are hiring 2 x Chef/Cook for our Business.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Role involves cooking top quality Fine Dining food at top of standard. It forms part of 4person kitchen team working 5 days a week, split shift roster covering nights and weekends. Your Overall responsibility is to work physically in the team and workat least one section of the kitchen Physically.
Skills and experience
We are looking for and accomplished all-rounder.
Someone who is capable of maintain food wastagelower while providing top of standard Europeon style well presented dishes.
The successful candidate will be trade qualified, hold cert III in commercial cookery or better and have minimum of 2year experience in modern Australian or Europeon Fine dining Cuisine.
Preference will be given to candidate with successful Chef de Partie or Cook experience andsomeone who can start after ACT lockdown restriction over..
