You'll also be working within a structured, metrics-driven environment (AHT, wrap time, hold time), and the best people in this team know how to hit their numbers without ever making the customer feel like one.

The Role

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
- Set up new salary packaging accounts
- Process amendments to existing arrangements
- Meet with members face-to-face when required
- Balance strong KPI performance with genuine customer care

About You

- Full, permanent Australian working rights required




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Contact Centre experience is essential
- Salary packaging experience an advantage, not essential
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Looking to build a long-term career, not a short-term stepping stone
