Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a passionate Wellness Officer to deliver gardening and horticultural programs across aged care services in Sydney’s North. You will plan engaging activities, support residents’ interests and provide meaningful, therapeutic experiences.
You’ll travel between Uniting’s North Shore sites, adapting activities to suit individuals, including those living with dementia. This role emphasizes connection, creativity and resident-centred care.
