We’re looking for a PR Account Executive to join our team, working across our two PR divisions: Reputation, Community & Advocacy and PR, Culture & Influence .

This is a role with real breadth. You’ll work across a diverse mix of clients, campaigns and communications challenges, alongside experienced PR practitioners doing work that spans reputation, earned media, community engagement, advocacy, culture and influence.

As part of the wider Hardie Grant Media network, you’ll also have the prospect to collaborate with specialists across content, digital, media, influencer and production

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’ve built a strong foundation in a PR agency and are ready to take on more responsibility, deepen your craft and play a bigger role in delivering great work for clients. You’ll bring:

- A minimum of one year’s experience in a high-performing PR or communications agency
- Strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, compelling media and client materials
- Good editorial instincts and an eye for what makes a story interesting and relevant
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence communicating with clients, journalists, creators and colleagues
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to contribute ideas, not simply execute tasks
- A collaborative mindset and genuine care for the craft of PR

THE QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’re proactive, curious and detail-oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for PR and earned attention.

You understand the Australian media and influencer landscape, keep a close eye on what’s happening in culture and the news, and are building strong relationships across the industry.

You’re comfortable getting stuck in,



keen to learn from people around you and motivated by producing work that delivers meaningful results for clients.
