GHD Graduate Program – Secretariat & Registry (Sydney)

Be part of our International Development team, helping deliver programs and projects that create positive social, environmental and economic outcomes across the Indo-Pacific region. Working alongside a diverse team of professionals, you'll contribute to initiatives focused on areas such as climate resilience, water and sanitation, social inclusion, healthy communities and sustainable development.

We're seeking graduates who are passionate about international development and creating meaningful impact through their work. If you're studying International Development, International Relations, Public Policy, Social Sciences or a related discipline, this could be a great fit for you.

- Support the delivery of international development projects and programs across the Indo-Pacific region
- Undertake research, analysis and reporting to support project outcomes and decision-making
- Assist with stakeholder engagement, communications and coordination activities
- Contribute to proposals, tenders and business development initiatives
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams,



clients and development partners
- Build your skills in development consulting, program management and project delivery

As a business, we also channel some of our profits into the GHD Foundation , a registered charity that addresses disadvantage and inequality in children accessing STEAM education in the countries where we live and work.
